As the general Subaru Vikis and Subaru
Vivios are manufactured within the "Kei" or "K Class" specifications under the stiff Japanese Government road vehicle
rules, these little zippy cars are limited in terms of its Size, Length, Engine Capacity, the total number of passengers
allowed and it's maximum speed. But the Key factors are still the size and length. Just in case you were not informed, Japan
has this thing on traffic jams and limited parking space. Therefore the Japanese Government has set this (Kei) standard and
thrown in goodies like a reduced road tax, cheaper insurance, parking rebate just to encourage citizens to buy a smaller car
even though these potential buyers are well capable of affording a much bigger car.
As the automotive industry evolves, K Cars makers has innovated models after models
and you will find little extras like Turbo-Chargers, Super-Chargers, 4WD added to this class of cars. A fun machine to
drive and no wonder the term "Pocket Rocket" is given specially to Subaru VIKI REX & Subaru Vivio RX-R under this
